tkgm Terms and Conditions

01General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkgm platform and all associated services. By using tkgm's services through the tkgmapp.cam website, mobile application, or any other channel, you automatically become subject to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between the user and the tkgm platform. Continued use of the platform means you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, you are asked to stop using this platform.

tkgm reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

02Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on tkgm, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Must have an active mobile number and email address.
• Must not have had an account permanently closed by tkgm previously.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

tkgm may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to keep all provided information accurate and up to date.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Passwords or OTPs should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access is suspected, tkgm's support team must be notified immediately.

03Age Requirements

The minimum age to participate on tkgm is 21 years. If a person opens an account with a false age, tkgm may immediately close that account and cancel the related transactions.

Guardians also bear partial responsibility for keeping minors safe from this platform. Necessary precautions should be taken to ensure that children or underage members of a household cannot access this service.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on tkgm is ৳500. Currently, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits. When making a deposit, you must ensure the correct account number and reference number are used. tkgm is not responsible for deposits made with incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same payment methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not complete or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and that the account is used solely for personal purposes. Using a third party's funds for transactions is strictly prohibited.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkgm offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are stated alongside the bonus offer.
• Winnings arising from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless tkgm specifically permits it.
• If abuse or manipulation of bonus benefits is found, the related bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• tkgm reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Other Promotions

The general bonus terms stated above apply equally to other promotions including weekly reloads, slots festival bonuses, cricket bonuses, birthday special gifts, and referral rewards. The specific terms of each promotion are detailed on that offer's page.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or game round is considered final only when it is confirmed at the server level. If any bet remains incomplete due to network issues or technical errors, tkgm will resolve it according to its own system records.

6.2 Result Determination

Slots and casino game results are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In sports betting, the result officially announced by the relevant authority is considered final. In the event of any dispute over a result, tkgm's decision is final.

6.3 Betting Limits

tkgm sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or betting category, which are displayed on the relevant section's page. tkgm reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a software or hardware error, tkgm reserves the right to void that transaction. Any winnings paid out due to an error may be cancelled.

07Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation of tkgm's terms and conditions:

• Bonus fraud or manipulation — abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts or any other method.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of any software or system on the platform.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Engaging in harassing or offensive behavior toward other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed, the associated balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by tkgm

tkgm may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or manipulation.
• Action required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure Request by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they can contact tkgm's support team. All pending transactions must be completed before the closure request is processed.

8.3 Balance After Permanent Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, the balance may be forfeited. For accounts closed voluntarily, the remaining balance will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.

09Responsible Gaming

tkgm believes that playing for entertainment should be enjoyable. We encourage users to set their own limits and keep their gaming habits in check. If anyone feels that their gaming habits are having a negative impact on their daily life, they are advised to follow tkgm's Responsible Gaming guidelines.

Users can contact the support team to set deposit limits, betting limits, or a voluntary break (self-exclusion) for a set period on their account.

10Privacy and Data Protection

tkgm places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Information collected during registration, transaction records, and gaming activity data are stored in strict compliance with security protocols.

tkgm is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, third-party server issues, or internet connection failures. The platform provides services on an as-is basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance work. If any bet or game round cannot be completed during this time, tkgm will return the relevant amount to the user's balance.

The user bears full responsibility for any bet or financial loss made based on their own decision. tkgm does not predict the outcome of any betting or gaming result and cannot guarantee winnings.

12Changes to Terms
